Editorials About Us - LPG Conversions

FIND OUT WHY PEOPLE TRAVEL FROM EDINBURGH OR CORNWALL TO HAVE THEIR CARS CONVERTED BY SOVEREIGN CLASSICS.

Jaguar Drivers Club June article now below.

Fuel for Thought - 100,000 miles on LPG

LPG has been powering millions of vehicles successfully, reliably and safety for over 25 years worldwide, but is relatively new in the UK so therefore is subject to a lot of mis-information, exaggerations by conversion companies and man in the pub nonsense.

We aim here to outline the benefits and limitations of LPG. The benefits far outnumber the limitations - with any normally aspirated petrol engine able to run on LPG, but due to the fact that no two manufacturers make any engine, regardless of size, exactly the same it is obvious that some vehicles will naturally take better to converting than others. Also no two LPG gas conversion kit manufacturers make the kits the same so whereas ours has, amongst others, Rolls Royce, Land Rover and Rover approval and is original fit equipment on Ford, it stands out that for many reasons while these companies were looking for LPG gas conversion equipment the others were discounted. This is why I chose to use the system on my own cars well before trying to convert cars for customers.

We have included here a number of editorials that have been put together by Jaguar Enthusiast, Jaguar Monthly and Jaguar Driver looking at our work, bearing in mind that we have customers who come to us from as far a field as Edinburgh to Cornwall, obviously driving passed many gas conversion companies along the way.

All we ask is that before you decide to have your car converted you have a test drive in one of our demonstrators. It costs you nothing but could ultimately go on to save you a lot of money.
